Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I store Tashikin's rapid test kits?
Most Tashikin rapid test kits can be stored at room temperature (typically 2-30°C). Be sure to refer to the specific product's instructions for use (IFU) for accurate storage conditions and shelf life information. Avoid freezing and direct sunlight.
What if the control line (C line) does not appear in the test result?
If the control line (C line) does not appear, the test is invalid. Possible reasons include improper operation, expired or damaged kit. Please check that the operating steps are correct and retest with a new test card. If the problem persists, please contact our technical support department.
The test line (T line) is very faint, is it a positive result?
Yes, even if the test line (T line) is very faint, it should be interpreted as a positive result as long as it is clearly visible within the specified reading time. The depth of color may be related to the concentration of antigen/antibody in the sample, but does not affect the interpretation of the qualitative result.
Can I mix buffers from different batch kits?
No. To ensure accurate test results, be sure to use the sample buffer provided with the same kit. There may be slight differences in the composition of buffers from different batches, and mixing them may lead to inaccurate results or test failure.
