Collect canine whole blood, or prepare serum/plasma, according to standard laboratory procedures.
Apply Sample
Using the provided dropper, add 1 drop (approx. 10µL) of the prepared sample into the sample well (S) of the test cassette.
Add Buffer
Add 2 drops of the provided assay buffer into the sample well immediately after the sample.
Read Results
Interpret the test results at 15 minutes. The intensity of the test line can be compared to a reference card to assess the titer level.
