Collect Both Samples
Using separate swabs, collect a conjunctival/nasal sample for the respiratory panel and a fecal sample for the enteric panel.
Prepare Extracts
Process each swab in its own, separate assay buffer tube. Mix each tube vigorously to create two distinct sample extracts.
Apply Extracts to Cassette
Apply the conjunctival extract to the FCV/FHV-1 sample well and the fecal extract to the FCoV/FPV sample well.
Read Results
Interpret the results for all four analytes at 10 minutes. Do not interpret results after 15 minutes.
