Prepare Sample
Insert the swab into the assay buffer tube. Rotate the swab vigorously in the buffer to ensure thorough mixing.
Apply Sample
Using the provided dropper, add 3 drops of the extracted fluid from the buffer tube into the sample well (S) of the test cassette.
Read Results
Interpret the test results at 10 minutes. The cassette has separate result lines for CDV and CIV.
