Accurately assess myocardial health: Tashikin myocardial marker detection
Myocardial injury can be caused by a variety of reasons, and accurate assessment of the degree of injury is critical for diagnosis and prognosis. Tashikin offers highly sensitive and specific myocardial marker detection, especially cardiac troponin I (cTnI), to help you accurately determine myocardial status.
Key Myocardial Marker Interpretation
Cardiac Troponin I (cTnI)
The gold standard marker for myocardial injury, with high cardiac specificity, can sensitively reflect myocardial cell damage or necrosis. Used to diagnose myocardial damage caused by cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, pericardial effusion, trauma, etc.
Creatine Kinase Isoenzyme (CK-MB)
Mainly present in myocardial cells, but also in small amounts in skeletal muscle, with less specificity than cTnI. Can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic indicator of myocardial injury.
Hint: Myocardial injury markers (cTnI, CK-MB) mainly reflect myocardial cell injury and provide different dimensions of information from markers reflecting cardiac load (such as NT-proBNP), and should be assessed in combination.
