It also governs the data collected through the use of our diagnostic products ('Tashikin Diagnostics') and our intelligent software platform ('VetEx.ai').

We treat all Clinical Data as sensitive. Prior to any use for analysis or AI model training, this data undergoes a rigorous, irreversible anonymization process to remove all Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personal Identifiable Information (PII) related to pet owners or specific animals.
  • Usage Information: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your interaction with our Site and Services, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Services.

  • To improve and train our AI models: We use only the fully Anonymized Clinical Data in an aggregated form to train the algorithms that power VetEx.ai.
