1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('you') and Tashikin ('we', 'us', or 'our'), concerning your access to and use of our websites, products, and the VetEx.ai platform (collectively, the 'Services'). You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.
2. Professional Use and Responsibility
The Services are intended for use by licensed veterinary professionals. VetEx.ai is a clinical decision support tool and is not a substitute for your independent professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. You are solely responsible for evaluating the information obtained from the Services and for all your clinical decisions. Tashikin is not engaged in the practice of veterinary medicine.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the 'Content') and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the 'Marks') are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.
4. User-Generated Data
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you submit to the Services. By submitting data to VetEx.ai, you grant Tashikin a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully paid license to anonymize, aggregate, and use such data for the purposes of operating, analyzing, and improving the Services and our AI models, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Term and Termination
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion, for any breach of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the services will be at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
